ENVIRONMENT and ENERGY POLICY

Menarini Saglik ve Ilaç Sanayi Ticaret A.S. aims to minimize the environmental impacts arising from its activities and processes through continuous improvement and to continuously improve its activities and processes with a business model based on the conscious use of energy and resources.

Accordingly;

• We develop procedures for environmental protection and energy efficiency in compliance with all applicable regulations and the "Compliance Obligations" committed by Menarini.
• We encourage the efficient use of resources and raw materials and strive to reduce their consumption within the production cycle by maximizing their reuse whenever possible.
• We prioritize waste prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse to minimize the environmental impact of all our waste and ensure that it is managed appropriately.
• We support sustainable technologies in the design phase of new projects and strive to supply energy efficient products or services to ensure the efficient use of natural resources and minimize our environmental impact.
• We identify environmental risks and opportunities arising from all our activities and allocate the necessary resources.
• We set appropriate targets and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement of practices on Environment and Energy and ensure that the necessary actions are taken to achieve these targets.
• We aim to raise awareness by providing training on environmental sustainability to all our employees and stakeholders.
