OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Menarini Sağlık ve İlaç Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. adopts the mission of “more health, more happiness, more life”, which always keeps people at the center of all its activities, and develops its occupational health and safety processes in line with the following fundamentals with the principle of continuous improvement.

• We plan and manage our activities in compliance with all applicable regulations and the Compliance Obligations committed by Menarini, with an approach to prevent occupational accidents and diseases.
• We plan our activities with a focus on creating a healthy and safe working environment for our employees and stakeholders, conduct risk assessments to identify hazards arising from our processes and ensure that necessary measures are taken.
• We encourage all our employees to develop safe behaviors and report potentially dangerous incidents or situations in order to create an internal safety culture. We ensure that all injuries and/or incidents are investigated appropriately and we support internal engagement processes by sharing the results.
• We value/encourage internal and external communication processes in order to ensure the continuous participation of all our employees and stakeholders in Health, Safety and Environment issues, and to understand and meet their needs and expectations.
• We communicate with all our stakeholders and suppliers to minimize the risks arising from the activities carried out for Menarini, to adopt a safety culture and to comply with this policy and Compliance Obligations.
